Dr Jenny Robinson

RMIT University | Program Manager and Lecturer, Media & Communication

Dr Jenny Robinson is a Lecturer in Media and Communications at RMIT University. Her recent research relates to audience engagement with new media and media effects, especially using neuro-measures.

Prior to entering academia, Jenny spent 10 years developing educational TV shows and the Integrated Science 7th grade curriculum used by over 1000 teachers across North America, which received a Southeastern Emmy Award nomination, and for which she coordinated the development of a website with educational ecology games and produced a 42-minute show on HIV/AIDS aired on public TV.

Jenny’s community experience with young adults has continued, including being Co-Director of Camp Quality Canberra for several years and volunteering with at-risk youth in Australia and the US.
